Operations Representative

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations Representative to support daily operational activities across our construction projects. The role bridges communication between project sites and the head office, ensuring documentation and administrative tasks are handled efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day operational activities between project sites and the head office.
• Prepare, maintain, and organize operational documents, reports, and records.
• Collaborate with project teams, suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project documentation and ensure timely submission of reports.
• Maintain accurate records of correspondence and operational activities.
• Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating project‑related communications.
• Support project managers with administrative and operational tasks.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of project records.
• Perform other operational duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• At least 12 months of experience in an operational or administrative role, preferably within construction.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate clearly with internal teams and external partners.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative.
• Basic understanding of construction project workflows.
