About the role
Education Asia is seeking a part‑time Korean Language Instructor to join its Kathmandu office. You will deliver structured Korean lessons to learners of varying proficiency, using engaging methods and appropriate materials.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver lesson plans for classroom sessions.
- Assign, review, and assess homework and classwork.
- Monitor and record student progress and maintain accurate records.
- Provide academic support and feedback to students.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve curriculum and teaching strategies.
- Participate in orientation programs, language workshops, and other institutional activities.
Required profile
- Fluency in Korean (spoken and written) and good command of English for instruction.
- Prior experience teaching or tutoring Korean in an academic or training setting.
- Strong communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
- Student‑centered approach with the ability to work on‑site in Kathmandu.
- Willingness to collaborate within a multicultural team.
