Part‑Time Principal Technology Consultant / Solution Architect

About the role

Eliteleadgrow seeks a senior Principal Technology Consultant / Solution Architect to own a technology product from concept to delivery. This part‑time position requires end‑to‑end technical leadership across management, developers, clients, partners and government stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Take end‑to‑end ownership of the product and its technical direction.
• Convert high‑level business, operational and regulatory requirements into complete product and technical solutions.
• Lead technical, product, planning and stakeholder meetings with government agencies, institutional clients and partners.
• Design system architecture covering applications, APIs, databases, integrations, infrastructure, security and deployment.
• Provide developers with clear technical direction, review critical code and architecture, and resolve implementation questions.
• Identify and mitigate technical, operational, security and regulatory risks, ensuring alignment with agreed requirements.
• Support testing, deployment, production readiness, documentation and handover.

Required profile

• 10+ years of software/technology experience, preferably in senior roles such as Principal Engineer, Solution Architect or CTO.
• Proven ability to own and deliver complex software products from requirements through to production.
• Experience interacting with government or enterprise stakeholders and presenting solutions to non‑technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and solution‑design capabilities with a track record of leading technical teams.
