Performance Marketing Executive (1-2 Years Experience)

About the role

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Executive to lead and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google platforms. The ideal candidate has 1‑2 years of hands‑on experience and can turn budgets into measurable results through data‑driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, set up, manage and optimise campaigns in Meta Ads Manager.
• Manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max and other formats.
• Develop audience strategies, including custom, retargeting and look‑alike audiences.
• Conduct keyword research and oversee search‑campaign performance.
• Monitor and optimise metrics such as CPM, CPC, CTR, CPL/CPA, ROAS and conversion rate.
• Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, audiences, placements and campaign structures.
• Allocate and adjust budgets based on performance insights.
• Implement and monitor Meta Pixel, Conversion API, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
• Collaborate with creative teams to recommend ad formats and messaging.
• Analyse data, prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
• Research competitors and stay updated on platform policy changes and industry trends.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of practical experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of campaign setup, targeting, optimisation and reporting.
• Ability to handle multiple campaigns or accounts simultaneously.
• Good grasp of Google Analytics (GA4) and tracking fundamentals.
• Analytical mindset with problem‑solving skills and data‑driven decision making.
• Clear communication and reporting abilities.
• Agency experience is a plus.
