Printer & Copier Service Technician (Brother Devices)

About the role

We are seeking a dependable, customer‑focused Printer & Copier Service Technician to join Sagar Group in Kalanki, Kathmandu. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing Brother printers and multifunction devices for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Brother printers and related multifunction devices.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Perform regular servicing, repair, and preventive maintenance of laser and inkjet printers.
• Provide on‑site technical support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of service visits, repairs, and parts replaced.
• Coordinate with the team for spare parts and technical assistance.
• Travel to customer locations for field service as required.

Required profile

• Higher Secondary (+2) education.
• 2–3 years of experience servicing printers, preferably Brother MFPs.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
