Procurement Manager – Drive Supplier Strategy and Cost Optimization

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead our purchasing activities, manage supplier relationships, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business needs.
• Manage the full procurement cycle from sourcing to delivery, including quotation collection and purchase order issuance.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure best pricing, terms, and contracts.
• Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and procurement budgets to drive cost reductions.
• Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Warehouse and other departments to understand requirements and avoid stock‑outs.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, vendor databases and reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant procurement or supply‑chain experience.
• Strong analytical, decision‑making and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management and communication skills.
• High integrity and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
