Procurement Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead the sourcing and purchasing activities for our Kathmandu office. The role focuses on acquiring construction materials from international vendors, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and negotiate with international suppliers of construction materials.
• Coordinate logistics and transportation to ensure smooth delivery to project sites.
• Verify invoices, consolidate bills and manage payment processes.
• Maintain accurate procurement documentation and cost control records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align procurement plans with project schedules.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Management, Commerce, Engineering or a related field.
• 8‑10 years of relevant procurement experience, preferably in construction.
• Strong knowledge of international vendor management and logistics.
• Experience in bill verification and consolidation.
