Project Coordinator – Resilient Livelihoods Project

About the role

The Project Coordinator will lead the Re‑Live Phase II initiative in Badikedar Rural Municipality, driving resilient livelihood solutions, natural resource management and climate‑change adaptation for vulnerable communities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, budget and implement project interventions aligned with resilient and rights‑based approaches.
• Coordinate field activities, monitor progress and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
• Facilitate community mobilization, group work and participatory reflection processes.
• Manage partnerships with local authorities, NGOs and donors.
• Prepare regular reports, documentation and research outputs in English.

Required profile

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in agriculture, environmental science, social science or social work.
• At least three years of experience in community‑development projects focused on livelihoods, climate change, food security or disaster risk reduction.
• Strong understanding of cross‑cutting issues such as gender, disability and conflict sensitivity.
• Familiarity with rural Nepali communities, local language and culture.
• Valid two‑wheeler driving licence for field visits.
