Project Manager — ERP & Integrations

About the role

The company is building its own ERP and integration ecosystem to support rapid growth of its cash‑on‑delivery e‑commerce business. As a senior Project Manager you will turn an ambitious roadmap into shipped, integrated reality, aligning engineering and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the project plan for the proprietary ERP build and rollout, defining scope, milestones, dependencies, risks and timelines.
• Coordinate integrations between the ERP and commerce front‑end, China sourcing systems, 3PLs, payment gateways, advertising platforms and internal tools.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and ensure engineering delivers what operations require.
• Plan migrations, training and change‑management to drive adoption of new systems.
• Maintain clear visibility for the founder and team with regular status, risk and decision updates.
• Manage external vendors and integration partners to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Required profile

• 6+ years of technical project or program management experience, preferably delivering ERP, platform or large‑scale integration projects.
• Deep understanding of software development and operational workflows, able to converse with engineers and warehouse leads.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, multi‑team projects with hard dependencies and strict deadlines.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills, making complex plans legible and keeping stakeholders aligned.
• Calm under pressure with strong prioritisation, risk assessment and trade‑off instincts.

Required skills

• Agile, Scrum and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• ERP implementation or migration experience.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce, logistics or supply‑chain integration.
• Proficiency with modern project management and collaboration tools.
