Project Manager

About the role

Sakcham Nirman Sewa, a Nepal‑based construction firm specializing in government road infrastructure, is looking for an experienced Project Manager. You will lead road construction projects from planning through delivery, ensuring compliance with specifications, quality standards, budget and timeline requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and manage construction projects from start to finish.
• Prepare project estimates, bills of quantities (BOQs), budgets and work schedules.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor daily construction activities.
• Ensure all work complies with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers and project stakeholders.
• Review construction drawings and resolve technical issues on‑site.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Verify measurements, quantities and contractor bills.
• Maintain proper project documentation and records.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing government road construction projects.
• Minimum three years of project management experience in the construction sector.
• Strong knowledge of project specifications, quality standards, budgeting and scheduling.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, suppliers and stakeholders.
