QA Automation Engineer (Selenium, C#)

About the role

Diagonal Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer to join its dynamic team. The role focuses on ensuring the quality and reliability of front‑end applications through comprehensive automated testing using frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright or Cypress.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium with C#.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and regression test suites.
• Identify, document, track, and verify software defects.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of automation frameworks, testing strategies, and QA processes.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and API testing where required.
• Ensure high‑quality software delivery through effective automation practices.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in QA Automation.
• Hands‑on experience with Selenium automation framework.
• Proficiency in C#.
• Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle.
• Experience with Git and test management/bug‑tracking tools.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
