Quality Assurance Engineer

About the role

The Quality Assurance Engineer will own the creation, maintenance and execution of test artifacts for assigned projects. You will collaborate with developers, project managers and the AU team to ensure high‑quality software delivery and continuous improvement of testing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and manage the overall quality planning strategy for products.
• Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open‑source tools, especially PlayWright.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities, including regression testing.
• Identify, record, document and track bugs; verify bug fixes and new functionalities.
• Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases aligned with client needs.
• Review quality specifications and technical design documents, providing timely feedback.
• Collect quality data, monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement projects.

Required profile

• Experience in functional, regression and automation testing.
• Ability to estimate test effort, analyze results and communicate findings.
• Strong collaboration skills with developers, project managers and cross‑functional teams.
• Proactive attitude toward identifying process bottlenecks and suggesting improvements.
