Receptionist & Social Media Handler

About the role

Tuki International Group is seeking an organized and friendly professional to manage both front‑desk operations and the company’s social media presence. The role combines traditional receptionist duties with the creation and publishing of content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube. You will be the first point of contact for visitors while also helping to grow the brand’s online community.

Key responsibilities

• Greet visitors, direct them to the appropriate person or room, and maintain a welcoming reception area.
• Answer incoming calls, handle inquiries, forward messages, and manage mail and package deliveries.
• Schedule appointments, maintain the front‑desk calendar, and ensure the reception area is clean and stocked.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging text, image, and video content on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Respond promptly to direct messages, comments, and public inquiries on social platforms.
• Monitor engagement metrics, track simple growth targets, and report performance.
• Capture photos or short videos of daily activities, events, or studio work for content creation.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service representative.
• Basic experience managing business social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain a professional demeanor.
