Regional Incharge – Gandaki Province

About the role

Pathao Nepal is looking for a Regional Incharge to oversee the performance of multiple hubs across Gandaki Province. The role focuses on driving operational KPIs, expanding hub networks, and ensuring high‑quality parcel delivery services.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily, weekly and monthly operational KPIs for all hubs in the region, including parcel volume, delivery success rate, TAT and cost per parcel.
• Lead Hub Incharges, operational staff, riders and delivery agents, set performance expectations and manage manpower deployment.
• Provide training on SOPs, safety, system processes and customer handling, and conduct refresher sessions as needed.
• Support the launch and stabilization of new hubs, evaluate infrastructure and fleet requirements, and expand delivery coverage.
• Drive merchant onboarding, set parcel‑generation targets and collaborate with commercial teams to grow regional business.
• Oversee COD collection, reconciliation and compliance with cash‑handling policies.
• Manage delivery‑agent capacity based on parcel volume and geographic needs.
