Relationship Officer

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Relationship Officer to manage and grow our restaurant partner portfolio in Kathmandu. The role combines account management, business development, and on‑site support to ensure partner satisfaction and mutual growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned restaurant partners, acting as the primary point of contact for queries and support.
• Monitor account performance, identify growth opportunities, and support partners with promotional campaigns.
• Onboard new restaurant partners through online and offline prospecting and conduct regular field visits.
• Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Support to resolve issues and communicate updates.
• Prepare reports on account performance and maintain accurate records of interactions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, sales, business development or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or a related discipline.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Personal vehicle and a valid driving licence for regular field visits.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
