Relationship Officer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and relationship‑focused Relationship Officer to manage restaurant partner accounts, strengthen business relationships, and identify growth opportunities. The role includes regular partner communication, account management, business development, field visits and coordination with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned restaurant partners.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partner queries, requirements and day‑to‑day support.
• Engage regularly with partners to understand their needs and improve their experience.
• Monitor restaurant account performance and identify opportunities for growth.
• Support partners with promotional campaigns and platform‑related requirements.
• Ensure restaurant information and operational details remain accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Proactively support partner retention and satisfaction.
• Identify and onboard potential restaurant partners through online and offline prospecting.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities and business opportunities.
• Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, Finance and Customer Support teams to resolve partner issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in account management, relationship management, sales or business development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or a related discipline.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Good customer service, problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple partner accounts and priorities effectively.
• Personal vehicle and a valid driving licence for regular field visits.
