Relationship Officer

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Relationship Officer to manage restaurant partner accounts, strengthen business relationships, and uncover growth opportunities. The role combines regular partner communication, account management, business development, and coordination with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned restaurant partners.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partner queries, requirements, and day‑to‑day support.
• Monitor restaurant account performance, identify growth opportunities, and support promotional campaigns.
• Onboard new restaurant partners through online and offline prospecting.
• Conduct market research, track competitor activities, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.
• Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Support to resolve partner issues.
• Maintain accurate partner records, prepare performance reports, and provide regular updates.
• Perform field visits and in‑person meetings with partners as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in account management, relationship management, sales, or business development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Excellent customer service, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple partner accounts and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Personal vehicle and a valid driving license for regular field visits.
