Remote HTML & CSS Developer – AI Training Content Reviewer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HTML & CSS Developer to work remotely on an hourly‑paid contractor basis. You will review AI‑generated code, UI layouts and technical explanations, and create high‑quality reference implementations that help improve AI models used by millions of developers.

Key responsibilities

• Review and rate AI‑generated HTML/CSS solutions for correctness, accessibility, responsiveness and cross‑browser compatibility.
• Identify and document issues in semantic markup, Flexbox/Grid layouts, specificity conflicts and performance.
• Write clear, step‑by‑step explanations and model solutions that follow best practices.
• Create detailed prompts and reference answers to train AI on HTML/CSS topics.
• Validate AI outputs for safety and reliability in real‑world UI scenarios.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, HCI or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of professional experience building production‑grade user interfaces with semantic HTML and modern CSS.
• Strong knowledge of accessibility standards (ARIA, WCAG) and keyboard navigation.
• Excellent written English (C1 level) and ability to produce technical documentation.
