Remote Nepal Customer Service Officer

About the role

GME, a small-amount overseas remittance company, is looking for an entry-to-junior Overseas Customer Service Officer to support Nepal-based customers. The role covers inquiries, loan applications, social media management and after-sales services. It is remote, with a minimum of 45 hours per week (excluding a 1-hour daily break) over 5 days, and candidates must be able to work according to Korea Standard Time (KST).

Key responsibilities

• Manage social media channels and respond to customer inquiries.
• Assist customers with loan applications and follow internal procedures.
• Handle after-sales support and customer follow-ups.
• Coordinate with HQ teams, including Credit, Recovery and Operations.
• Submit daily task reports to the designated platform.

Required profile

• Fluency in Nepali is required.
• Basic proficiency in Korean or English for internal communication is preferred; TOPIK I (Level 2) in Korean is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and meet daily performance targets.
• Reliable laptop and internet connection.
