Residential Hostel Warden

About the role

The organization is seeking a disciplined and compassionate female professional to manage a residential hostel for girls and adolescents in Pokhara, Kaski. The role involves overseeing daily operations, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and ensuring the well‑being of the residents.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily management and housekeeping activities of the hostel.
• Maintain cleanliness standards and supervise cleaning staff.
• Keep accurate records of attendance, incidents, and inventory.
• Ensure discipline and safety protocols are followed at all times.
• Provide emotional support and act as a point of contact for the girls and adolescents.
• Liaise with senior management and external partners as required.

Required profile

• Female Nepali national, aged 30‑40 years.
• Minimum education: S.E.E (Secondary Education Examination) pass.
• At least one year of experience working with girls or adolescents.
• Demonstrated sensitivity and commitment to child protection.
• Ability to maintain detailed records and follow procedural guidelines.

Required skills

• Basic record‑keeping and documentation.
• Fundamental computer literacy for data entry.
• Organizational and supervisory abilities.
