Restaurant Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, customer‑focused Restaurant Supervisor to manage the day‑to‑day operations of our Beirut Lebanese Restaurant in Kathmandu. The role ensures smooth service, high standards of hygiene and safety, and an exceptional dining experience for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service.
• Monitor service staff performance, attendance, grooming, and compliance with company policies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest complaints promptly.
• Assist in scheduling shifts and allocating duties for service staff.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in line with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with kitchen and procurement for timely replenishment.
• Train, coach, and motivate employees to improve performance and service standards.
• Prepare daily operational reports, sales summaries, and related documentation.
• Ensure proper cash handling procedures and accurate billing practices.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving operational goals, sales targets, and overall business performance.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years experience supervising restaurant or F&B operations.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to handle guest issues effectively.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a service team.
• Good understanding of hygiene, safety and regulatory standards in a restaurant setting.
• Experience with shift scheduling, inventory monitoring and cash handling.
