Revit & BIM Engineer / Modeler

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Revit & BIM Engineer/Modeler with 2+ years of professional experience to support architectural, structural, and/or MEP projects. The candidate will be responsible for developing accurate BIM models, preparing technical drawings, and coordinating with project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit based on project requirements and design drawings.
• Prepare detailed 2D drawings, layouts, sections, elevations, and construction documentation.
• Coordinate BIM models across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Identify and resolve clashes and design inconsistencies during model coordination.
• Update models and drawings based on design changes and project revisions.
• Follow BIM standards, project templates, naming conventions, and documentation requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Support quantity take‑offs, schedules, and other BIM‑related project deliverables.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, MEP Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in Revit/BIM projects.
• Strong hands‑on knowledge of Autodesk Revit.
• Understanding of BIM workflows, modeling, documentation, and coordination.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
• Experience with Navisworks or other BIM coordination/clash detection tools is an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with project deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
