About the role
We are seeking a skilled Revit BIM Modeler to develop, maintain, and update accurate BIM models and technical drawings using Autodesk Revit. The role works closely with engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure models meet project requirements and standards.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed BIM models based on design drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Prepare and update plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules, and construction documentation from BIM models.
- Coordinate models across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines and resolve design clashes.
- Review drawings and models for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, MEP, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Revit BIM Modeler or BIM Technician.
Required skills
- Strong hands‑on knowledge of Autodesk Revit.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and other BIM/CAD tools.
- Experience with BIM coordination, clash detection, and model management.
