Roof Measuring Technician

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑driven Roof Measuring Technician to join our remote team. Using AI‑powered software, you will trace and map roof structures from high‑resolution aerial and satellite imagery to produce accurate measurement reports.

Key responsibilities

• Use proprietary software to outline roofs and create precise 2D overlays.
• Identify roof facets, ridges, hips, valleys, pitches, and penetrations.
• Build accurate roof models and generate professional reports.
• Follow established measurement standards and meet daily/weekly production quotas.
• Work within a point‑based system that rewards speed and complexity.

Required profile

• Strong computer proficiency and quick learning of new software.
• Exceptional attention to detail and spatial awareness.
• Reliable computer, high‑speed internet, and clear English communication.
• Ability to interpret aerial imagery and recognize structural roof components.
• Experience in architecture, drafting, construction, GIS, or aerial measurements is a plus.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote, production‑focused environment.
