SaaS Business Development Associate

About the role

Vynspire AI Labs is seeking a SaaS Business Development Associate to bring its Omnichannel Unified Inbox platform to market. You will own the full B2B sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and post‑sale relationship management, while receiving a structured playbook and product training.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and build lists of potential B2B customers for the Omnichannel Unified Inbox.
• Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, email, LinkedIn, networking and referrals.
• Maintain an organised sales pipeline and consistently follow up with prospects.
• Run discovery calls, understand customer workflows and pain points, and deliver product demos.
• Explain features, use cases and business value to non‑technical decision‑makers.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and commercial documentation with support from relevant teams.
• Negotiate terms, close deals and hand over customers to the success team.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain strong post‑sale relationships and support customer success.

Required profile

• Comfortable selling technology products to businesses.
• Understanding of the B2B sales process.
• Willingness to learn SaaS solutions and articulate their operational value.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
