Sales and Booking Representative

About the role

The Sales and Booking Representative will manage inbound customer enquiries generated through Google Ads, website forms, phone, SMS, WhatsApp and email. Working remotely, you will quickly qualify leads, provide accurate quotes and turn enquiries into confirmed service bookings for cleaning and repair services.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to new leads from multiple channels (Google Ads, website, phone, SMS, WhatsApp, email).
• Contact customers to confirm service requirements, property details, preferred timing and location.
• Qualify enquiries for services such as carpet, couch, mattress, rug, curtain cleaning and carpet repair.
• Gather detailed information (item count, stains, access, photos, urgency, special requirements) to prepare clear quotes.
• Present quotes confidently, explain the value of Zap & Shine’s services and handle common objections.
• Follow up with prospects who have received a quote but have not booked, offering suitable time slots.
• Update the CRM with customer details, job notes, quotes, follow‑up status and booking information.
• Coordinate with the operations/field team to ensure booked jobs have clear scope, timing and customer instructions.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months (2 years) of experience in sales, customer service or booking coordination.
• Strong communication skills and ability to maintain a professional, friendly tone.
• Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple communication channels.
• Attention to detail for accurate quoting and CRM data entry.
