Sales and Marketing Officer

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Officer to lead our LODBOD Experience Centre in Biratnagar. You will drive regional business growth by developing new opportunities, strengthening relationships with shippers and transport partners, and promoting adoption of our digital logistics platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the Experience Centre in Biratnagar.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the region.
• Build and maintain relationships with factories, manufacturers, traders and business organisations.
• Promote and increase adoption of the LODBOD digital logistics platform among customers and transport partners.
• Coordinate transportation and order fulfillment activities through the digital system.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with internal sales, operations, fulfillment and customer support teams to ensure high‑quality service delivery.
• Resolve operational issues and customer service escalations efficiently.
• Supervise and support regional staff to achieve operational and business objectives.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, operational activities, customer feedback and market insights.
• Represent LODBOD at meetings, networking events and industry associations.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing or business development, preferably in logistics or related sectors.
• Strong relationship‑building and negotiation abilities.
• Leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a regional team.
• Passion for technology‑driven solutions and a results‑oriented mindset.
