About the role
The Sales and Marketing Representative will promote and sell our services to both existing and prospective customers, demonstrating solutions in our experience centre and building strong business relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Present, promote and sell services to customers and conduct solution demos.
- Generate leads through cold calling and follow up on prospects.
- Maintain positive relationships with consultants and customers.
- Resolve customer problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction.
- Provide training and support to customers.
- Track market potential, sales performance and status reports.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative.
- Familiarity with CRM practices and ability to build professional relationships.
- Highly motivated, target‑driven with a strong sales track record.
- Excellent negotiation, selling and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong time‑management and organisational abilities.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
