About the role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Assistant to join our retail store in Jhamsikhel, Lalitpur. In this role you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping to create a welcoming atmosphere while driving product sales. You will work closely with the store team to ensure smooth daily operations and a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, answering queries and providing product information.
- Promote and sell merchandise, meeting daily sales targets.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure store cleanliness.
- Handle billing, basic cash transactions, and operate the point‑of‑sale system.
- Support stock arrangement and replenishment as needed.
Required profile
- Good communication skills with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of sales processes and retail operations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow store procedures.
