Sales Consultant – Experience Concierge

About the role

The Experience Concierge is the primary client‑facing and commercial role at Datum, guiding prospects from first enquiry through consultation to order. Based at the new Experience Centre in Gyaneshwor, Kathmandu, you will showcase window, door and façade solutions, understand client needs and coordinate technical and commercial input.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, qualify and record enquiries from walk‑ins, phone, WhatsApp, email, website and referrals.
• Guide clients through the Experience Centre, explain products, applications and options.
• Coordinate with the Technical Solutions Consultant for technical assessments and with the Commercial & Finance Lead for quotations.
• Conduct product demonstrations, present quotations and follow up to convert opportunities into orders.
• Maintain the Experience Centre displays, samples and literature, and track inventory.
• Keep accurate records in the CRM, report on pipeline, conversion rates and market insights.

Required profile

• Confident, well‑presented communicator with strong commercial judgement.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development or client servicing, preferably in building materials, architecture, interiors or related sectors.
• Ability to learn technical products, understand client requirements and explain solutions clearly.
• Strong written and spoken English and Nepali, organised and able to manage multiple opportunities.
• Valid driver’s licence and own two‑ or four‑wheeler preferred.
