Sales Coordinator

About the role

The Sales Coordinator will support Veda’s growth by managing client and reseller relationships, generating new business opportunities, and coordinating sales activities across multiple teams. This full‑time position works closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Support and Finance to ensure smooth operations and strong market expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads through calls, field visits, networking, referrals and market research.
• Follow up with prospects, manage the sales pipeline and work towards targets.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and sales pitches.
• Identify new business opportunities and support market expansion.
• Promote and upsell Veda products and additional offerings.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and reseller partners, including onboarding, training and regular communication.
• Provide partners with updated product information, pricing and sales materials.
• Gather feedback from clients and resellers and coordinate with internal teams.
• Travel within and outside Kathmandu Valley for client and partner engagement as required.
• Maintain accurate sales, lead, client and reseller data in the CRM.
• Track follow‑ups, sales activities, targets and pipeline progress.
• Prepare regular sales reports and support forecasting.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research and share insights with Sales and Marketing.
• Coordinate with Finance on reseller payments, invoices and related documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months of experience in sales, business development or a related field.
• Willingness to travel within and outside Kathmandu Valley for client and partner meetings.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and report to the Sales Lead.
