About the role
We are seeking a highly dedicated and passionate Sales Development Representative to join Growmailers, an email‑marketing agency. The role focuses on engaging prospects via email, creating personalized Loom videos, and guiding them toward a consultation call to drive our growth.
Key responsibilities
- Reply promptly to every prospect email, often outside normal working hours, ensuring timely communication.
- Create and send a Loom video that clearly explains our email‑marketing offer.
- Follow up with prospects to schedule and confirm consultation calls.
Required profile
- Native‑level spoken and written English with the ability to convey energy in every reply and video.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, support, or business development, preferably with international or US‑based companies.
- Ability to work independently, strictly follow SOPs, and maintain a high level of dedication and honesty.
- Willingness to be available when prospects respond, even during evenings.
