About the role
We are expanding our sales team and are looking for motivated Sales Development Representatives to join us in Kathmandu. In this full‑time role you will be the first point of contact with both cold prospects and inbound leads, helping to qualify opportunities and set up meetings for the sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Reach out to cold prospects via phone and email to introduce our solutions.
- Handle inbound leads, understand their needs and assess fit.
- Qualify opportunities based on defined criteria.
- Schedule qualified meetings for senior sales representatives.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM.
Required profile
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Confidence speaking with prospects over the phone.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Good organization and follow‑up skills.
- 6 months to 1 year of sales experience preferred; fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also welcome.
