Sales Executive – HR & BPO Services

About the role

The Sales E role is a full-time, on‑site position based in the Jhapa District. The individual will focus on identifying prospective clients, presenting HR and BPO service offerings, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads and identify potential customers through market visits, referrals, calls, and networking to increase sales of TATA Commercial Vehicles.
• Conduct field visits, handle showroom walk‑ins, and follow up with prospects to understand their requirements and achieve sales targets.
• Explain vehicle features, benefits, pricing, and financing options and recommend suitable vehicles based on customer needs.
• Build strong customer relationships through regular communication, follow‑ups, and after‑sales support to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Negotiate with customers, handle objections, close sales, and ensure timely delivery of vehicles.
• Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Service, and other teams to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, or Intermediate level with at least 1 year of experience in any industry.
• Prior knowledge or experience in sales.
• Good interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle routine problem‑solving effectively.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
