Sales Executive – IVF & Fertility Services

About the role

Kalash Services is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to promote IVF and fertility services at its partner hospital. You will generate leads, build relationships with patients and referral partners, and drive business growth in the healthcare sector.

Key responsibilities

• Promote the hospital’s IVF, fertility and related healthcare services to prospective patients.
• Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, networking, calls and other business‑development activities.
• Follow up with prospective patients, ensuring timely communication throughout the conversion process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, doctors, clinics, hospitals and referral partners.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and lead‑conversion targets and prepare regular sales reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or a related field (preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Target‑oriented, proactive, self‑motivated and willing to travel for field visits.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) for reporting and documentation.
• Basic sales reporting and lead‑management capabilities.
