Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and result‑oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth across Nepal. The role involves extensive travel and direct interaction with dealers, retailers, and institutional customers to strengthen market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyze market data to identify potential customers and sales opportunities.
• Develop and expand dealer and customer networks across assigned territories.
• Promote and sell Birla Tyres products to dealers, retailers, and institutional customers.
• Visit markets regularly to generate new business and maintain existing relationships.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and support market expansion initiatives.
• Gather customer feedback and provide market insights to management.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after‑sales support.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer data, and travel reports.

Required profile

• Motivated and result‑oriented attitude.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Nepal.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for dealer and customer interaction.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
