About the role

Bikash Surgical Concern is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to promote and sell its medical products to doctors and hospital procurement teams across Nepal. The role focuses on building strong relationships, presenting product benefits, and achieving defined sales targets.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and procurement officers.
  • Effectively present products, handle objections, and close sales.
  • Convince doctors and decision‑makers to prescribe or purchase the company’s products.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, product stock movement, and customer interactions.
  • Meet monthly sales targets and report regularly to the manager.

Required profile

  • Smart, confident and results‑driven.
  • Ability to communicate persuasively with medical professionals.
  • Strong relationship‑building skills.
  • Minimum 12 months of relevant sales experience.
  • Goal‑oriented with a focus on achieving targets.
