Sales Executive (Paint Products)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to promote our paint range across the Butwal and Birtamod territories. You will be responsible for building relationships with dealers, retailers, contractors and other key influencers to drive sales and achieve assigned targets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets for the assigned territory.
• Visit dealers, retailers, hardware shops, contractors, painters and construction sites regularly.
• Generate new leads, develop existing customers and take orders.
• Explain product features, benefits, application methods and usage.
• Follow up on order delivery, outstanding payments and collections.
• Monitor competitor pricing, products, schemes and market activities.
• Collect market feedback on customer needs, product quality and competitor offerings.
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate resolution with relevant teams.
• Support promotional events such as painter meets, contractor meets and product demonstrations.
• Maintain daily visit reports, sales reports and market information for the supervisor/manager.
• Ensure product availability and visibility at retail outlets and assist with new product launches.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, logistics and finance teams for smooth operations.

Required profile

• 1 year of sales experience or fresh graduates willing to start a career in sales.
• Own a bike and hold a valid driving license.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
