Sales Manager / Sales Head (Full-time, Kathmandu)

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position in Kathmandu involves managing key client accounts, building long‑term relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction with Kaha’s location‑identification solutions. The Sales Manager / Sales Head will lead sales planning and execution, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and direct sales.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand the customer base.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profits.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain long‑term client relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (pass required).
• Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience, with some supervisory or managerial responsibility.
• Own a two‑wheeler vehicle for daily commute and client visits.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CRM software.
• Strong command of MS Office applications.
