Sales & Marketing Head

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Head to drive growth and strengthen our market presence in Kathmandu. The successful candidate will lead both sales and marketing teams, develop strategic initiatives, and ensure revenue targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Set sales targets, monitor performance, and drive revenue growth.
• Identify new markets, customers, business opportunities, and potential partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Lead, motivate, and manage sales and marketing teams.
• Design and launch marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
• Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
• Develop customer acquisition and retention strategies.
• Track performance using reports and analytics, and present regular updates to management.
• Coordinate with other departments to align sales, marketing, and business objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
• Proven experience in a senior sales or marketing leadership role.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to develop and execute growth strategies.
• Excellent analytical and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to provide verifiable evidence of professional experience.

• Experience using CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools.
