Sales & Marketing Representative – Logistics Solutions

About the role

The Sales and Marketing Representative will work full‑time in a hybrid setting based in Kathmandu, promoting Tradersware Nepal’s logistics services to prospective clients. The role focuses on generating leads, presenting solutions, and building lasting customer relationships to meet revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients across various industries.
• Present and demonstrate the company’s multi‑modal transportation, freight forwarding, and warehousing solutions.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing plans, prepare proposals and quotations.
• Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM or tracking tools and report on sales performance and market trends.
• Conduct product and service presentations and participate in training or promotional events.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or transportation.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and travel locally for client meetings.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics or related field, or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Competence in basic office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets).
