Sales Officer – Field Sales (3‑Month Project)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated, energetic and target‑oriented Sales Officer for a three‑month project. The role focuses on field sales, customer visits and lead generation across the assigned territories in Nepal.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Visit potential and existing customers regularly to generate orders and build strong relationships.
• Promote company products and services, explaining features and benefits.
• Generate leads, follow up with prospects and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular field visits and provide market feedback to management.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends and customer requirements.
• Maintain daily records of visits, leads, sales and follow‑ups.
• Prepare and submit regular sales and field activity reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Required profile

• At least 12 months of experience in field sales or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel frequently within the assigned area.
• Result‑driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
