Sales Officer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Officer to join Saurabh Group’s sales team. The role focuses on building customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities and achieving sales targets across multiple regions in Nepal, including Kathmandu, Bhaktapur and surrounding districts. You will work closely with internal product and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs.
• Generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and market research.
• Present and demonstrate products, highlighting features, benefits and competitive advantages.
• Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely delivery and satisfaction.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities and market developments.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts with insights on performance and market trends.
• Set and achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.
