Sales Officer

About the role

The Sales Officer will join ABC & EBC Nepal Trekking Adventure Pvt. Ltd. in Kathmandu, handling day‑to‑day sales activities for trekking and adventure travel packages. This full‑time, on‑site position involves responding to client inquiries, presenting itineraries, and guiding prospects through the booking process.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through online and offline channels, maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
• Present trekking, tour and peak‑climbing packages to individual travelers and travel partners.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and sales documentation, and coordinate with operations and guiding teams.
• Maintain relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients and distributors to drive channel sales.
• Contribute to promotional activities and ensure accurate information is communicated to clients.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in travel, tourism or adventure trekking sales.
• Good proficiency in English and Nepali; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site in Kathmandu, manage multiple tasks and meet sales targets.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, Marketing or a related field preferred.
