About the role
We are looking for a dynamic, target‑driven Sales Representative to promote and sell our rice products across the Kathmandu market. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding market reach, and building strong relationships with dealers, wholesalers and retailers.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and sell rice and its by‑products in assigned markets.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors and retailers.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.
- Maintain sales records, reports and customer data.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams for smooth delivery.
- Implement marketing strategies to increase product visibility and sales.
- Provide market feedback to support product development.
