Sales Supervisor – Direct Sales

About the role

We are seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead our Direct Sales Representatives, plan daily routes, and ensure market coverage. The role involves motivating the team, achieving sales targets, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, guide, and motivate the team of Direct Sales Representatives.
• Plan and monitor daily sales routes, customer visits, and sales activities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure effective market coverage.
• Monitor DSR attendance, productivity, sales performance, and daily reporting.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and retailers.
• Identify new customers and expand the company's distribution and market reach.
• Ensure proper product availability, visibility, and merchandising in the assigned territory.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer feedback.
• Coordinate with distribution and management teams to resolve market issues.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales and performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales, preferably in Dairy, FMCG, or Direct Sales.
• Prior experience in team supervision/field sales preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the Kathmandu market and sales operations.
• Valid two‑wheeler driving license; ownership of a bike is preferred.
• Willingness to work in the field and travel within the assigned territory.
