About the role

Maple Leaf Groups is seeking a motivated Search Engine Optimization Executive to join our hybrid team in Kathmandu. You will be responsible for boosting the visibility and organic traffic of both client and company websites through data‑driven SEO strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Implement on‑page and off‑page SEO techniques.
• Develop link‑building campaigns and acquire high‑quality backlinks.
• Perform comprehensive website and SEO audits.
• Optimize content, meta tags, and other on‑page elements.
• Monitor performance using Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
• Track SEO metrics, generate reports, and present insights.
• Collaborate with content creators and development teams to ensure SEO best practices.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and keyword research.
• Hands‑on experience with on‑page, off‑page, and link‑building strategies.
• Familiarity with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and various SEO tools.
• Analytical mindset with solid problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Background in marketing, IT, business, or equivalent practical SEO experience.
