Search Engine Optimization Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist to boost organic visibility and local search performance for our medical and legal practice locations. You will design and execute comprehensive SEO strategies that comply with industry regulations and drive measurable growth across target markets.

Key responsibilities

• Perform technical SEO audits and implement fixes for site speed, mobile optimization, Core Web Vitals, crawlability, HTTPS, redirects, robots.txt, and JavaScript rendering.
• Develop and maintain structured data (Schema.org) for medical and legal entities, services, reviews, and local business information.
• Manage Google Business Profiles and local citation strategies across healthcare and legal directories, ensuring NAP consistency.
• Monitor and respond to online reviews on platforms such as Google, Yelp, Healthgrades, and Avvo.
• Create and optimize location‑specific landing pages, title tags, meta descriptions, header tags, and image alt text following E‑E‑A‑T and YMYL guidelines.
• Conduct keyword research focused on medical and legal services, including long‑tail and intent‑based queries.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical and local SEO, preferably within regulated industries such as healthcare or legal services.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track rankings, traffic, and local pack performance.
• Excellent written communication skills to produce high‑quality, compliant content.
