Senior Advertising Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Advertising Operations Manager to lead spend pacing, campaign quality assurance and platform controls for a large digital advertising portfolio. Based in Kathmandu with hybrid working, you will collaborate with Paid Media, Data, Tech and Finance teams to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, efficiently and in line with brand‑safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Own financial pacing and spend controls across all digital advertising accounts.
• Monitor planned versus actual spend, flagging under‑ or overspend early.
• Conduct regular campaign audits to verify targeting, setup and compliance.
• Build and manage automated pacing, reconciliation and anomaly‑alert systems.
• Investigate discrepancies between media plans, platforms and financial data.
• Perform campaign QA on Google, Meta, Bing, Snap, TikTok and other platforms.
• Leverage automated tools to maintain best practices for placements, domains, inventory, exclusions and brand safety.

Required profile

• Proven experience in ad operations, paid‑media operations or a similar digital advertising role.
• Strong numerical aptitude and experience handling large datasets, budget pacing and reconciliation.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on campaign setup, delivery and financial accuracy.
• Process‑driven and collaborative, able to translate operational knowledge into scalable controls.
