Senior Business Development Manager

About the role

The Senior Business Development Manager is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Kathmandu. You will drive growth by identifying new opportunities with hospitals and healthcare organisations, leading the complete sales cycle, and collaborating closely with product and technical teams to deliver tailored digital health solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with hospitals and healthcare organisations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact.
• Conduct market research, analyse trends and translate insights into actionable growth plans.
• Prepare and deliver product presentations, demos and negotiate contracts.
• Collaborate with product, technical and support teams to align solutions with client needs.
• Develop and execute strategic growth plans, track performance metrics and report pipeline and revenue forecasts to leadership.
• Coach and mentor junior team members.
• Represent DTRG Network at industry events and meetings.

Required profile

• Proven business development, sales strategy and account management experience in B2B or health‑tech markets.
• Strong relationship‑building, stakeholder management and negotiation skills with senior decision‑makers.
• Ability to conduct market research, analyse data and create actionable business proposals.
• Excellent communication, presentation and persuasion abilities, especially for non‑technical audiences.
• Background in health‑tech, healthcare management or enterprise software is highly beneficial.
• Experience leading complex sales cycles and coordinating cross‑functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, IT or related field (master’s degree a plus).
• Willingness to work on‑site in Kathmandu, travel to client locations and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• High professionalism, integrity and commitment to improving healthcare through technology.

What we offer

• Salary 80,000 plus bonus.
